WHAT WE DO

Wildwood Hospitality & Catering specializes in food & beverage service planning to suit all types of events from small social gatherings to massive music festivals. With over 30 years of foodservice excellence throughout Ontario, Wildwood continues to develop close relationships with its clients and the community we live in. We are equally as pleased to work with community associations and charities throughout Simcoe County to assist in their goals.

 

While our wedding department has flourished in the past decade, it would not have been possible without the key relationships we have in unique facilities throughout Barrie and the surrounding region, as well as amazing kitchen and service staff.

 

Belcroft Estates, South Shore Barrie, The Gibson Cultural Center, The Maclaren Art Center. These venues alone encompass more than 1500 wedding and corporate events catered by Wildwood in the past 20 years. Wildwood Hospitality’s Special Event catering team has the equipment, knowledge and experience to provide festival crew and backstage catering to thousands anywhere in Ontario.

Kristen O’Hara
Event Manager/Service Staff Manager

While wedding and final menu service detail with our client is Kristen’s main focus at Wildwood, she also has an extensive background in TV set and backstage catering as well as a degree in culinary management. Kristen also leads our corporate event planning and loves her busy family life as well!

Chris Hallman
Executive Chef/Manager Wildwood Kitchens

In 2001 while working in Silks at Horseshoe, Chris joined the Wildwood Team at Molson Park. Chris’s skill and passion are respected by all those who work for him as well as the several hundred thousand who have had the pleasure of experiencing his culinary creations. Both Chris’s father and grandfather are Executive Chefs and of course his mom is a certified baker!

John O’Brien
