Love was in the air on this Thursday wedding in Muskoka! (Literally, they had a bouncy castle 🥰, so fun!)
Chef Brandon and Chef Aura made another amazing meal and exceeded our clients expectations.
N&D chose a buffet option with Caesar salad, pasta, asparagus and carrots, mashed potatoes, lemon and rosemary chicken and AAA top sirloin carved on the buffet.
And to close out the night, a grilled cheese station with all the toppings. 😋

Your meal choice can be the following:

Turkey: Ontario Turkey with white and dark meat, from-scratch gravy, cranberry sauce, sage and onion stuffing.
or
Ham: Hand Carved Hickory Ham with a jar of Wildwood's in-house made honey mustard from our own apiary.

Both served with Yukon gold mashed, and Chef's choice of fall roasted root vegetables seasoned with brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Dessert:
Apple Crisp with English Cream Sauce
