We're back at the Tiffin Centre, nestled in the No We're back at the Tiffin Centre, nestled in the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Area. Even though it was a snowy evening the dining room had charm and warmth and the grounds were beautiful. @nottawasagaca We served a country-style meal of fried chicken with country gravy, veg and mashed. As a fun appetizer we did mini pancakes and sausages with maple syrup tapped from Tiffin Centre trees. Also, this weekend April 5th and 6th is their Spring Tonic Maple Syrup Festival, tickets are on sale now.
